Ever wondered how to keep your carpets clean before and DURING the busy holiday rush. Well we're here to give you a few simple tips this year to help reduce the appearance of spots and spills on your flooring.

  1. VACUUM. Sounds so simple, yes we know! But honestly, this is the easiest and fastest way to help reduce dust, dirt, and allergens in your home. By vacuuming your carpets at least 1x per week through the holidays you will see a difference, and even feel a difference in the cleanliness of your floors.
  2. DOORMAT. We recommend having a doormat at each entrance to your home. A mat with a course-like texture works best to eliminate dirt and germs from entering your home on your shoes.
  3. SHOES. Take your shoes OFF at the door. If you have a basket or mat for guests to leave their shoes on when they enter your home, this will definitely help keep dirt from entering your home and onto your carpet.
  4. DRINKS. If you do have a spill, make sure to blot it immediately with a warm washcloth to help the spot disappear. We do not recommend spraying any kind of chemical onto your carpets, instead contact us and we're happy to help.
  5. SWEEP AND VACUUM. After a party or gathering make sure to sweep and vacuum floors to eliminate any dirt and keep your home looking and smelling clean into the new year.

Most Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does the cleaning take?

Typically about 30 minutes per room. This can vary depending upon the size of the area, how much dirt or spots, and moving furniture.

  • Should you vacuum before a carpet cleaning?

It's not necessary, but a light vacuum over your flooring can help. Keep in mind, while we are cleaning your flooring this is vacuuming as we go over the carpet.

  • How long will it take for the carpet to be completely dry?

It can take up to 24 hours for the flooring to be completely dry. This depends upon the temperature, size of the room, and air flow.

  • How long until I can walk on the carpet?

It is recommended that you wait until the floor is completely dry.

  • What type of chemicals are used?

We use only environmentally safe products, that do not harm people or animals. Although it is recommended to keep off the recently cleared area until fully dried.

  • Can you guarantee removal of all spots, spills, or stains in my carpet?

Although most stains and spills can be removed during our visit, unfortunately we can not guarantee to remove all spots or stains. There are some substances and materials that can permanently stain the fibers in your carpet. We always do our best to assess the particular spot and decide what can be done.

  • I have stains on my carpet that keep reappearing, what should I do?

Most of the time after a carpet has been cleaned the stain is removed.

  • Do we move furniture?​

Yes we can move furniture to help get the best cleaning possible. Before our arrival, we do recommend removing any items off your furniture such as plants, and smaller items. We always take our time and make sure to properly move furniture and return to their correct place in your home or facility. We do not recommend moving larger items that can not be lifted safely.

  • Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes. We accept all major credit card payments including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks made payable at the time of service to: Kleen Choice, LLC. To make payment simple for you, we offer a receipt for your records, at the time of your cleaning.
